Young people at the center: making room for new talents
Biolchim meets the students of the Agricultural Institute of Imola
Meeting and discussing with young people always represents an opportunity, as it allows to intercept expectations and ambitions of those looking out to the world of work for the first time.
At the same time, for students attending Agricultural Institutes it can be very useful to get a closer look into the realities operating in agriculture, acquiring familiarity with the organizational and productive sphere of local companies.
That’s why, at the invitation of Lavoropiù spa, we were happy to take part in the Lavoropiù Goes To School project, a format whose main goal is bridging between the world of work and the world of school.
Tuesday 14 February, as spokesmen for Biolchim, Anna Fontana (Product Manager) and Roberto Zandoli (Marketing Department) visited the students of the 5th grade of the Environment and Territory Management at the Superior Education Institute Scarabelli of Imola.
During the meeting, work, personal vocations and the opportunities that a company like Biolchim can offer to young people were the topic.
The meeting was a useful contribution for the students, with a view to developing specific knowledge about biostimulants and special fertilizers, as well as an opportunity to bring out and enhance important soft skills.
Biolchim constantly invests resources in the search for young talents to form and insert within the company, with the aim of offering customers a complete and constant support.
This is because we believe that in today’s dynamic and competitive market, people represent the first growth flywheel of a company.
Passion, knowledge and creativity today are essential to generate true innovation, since they allow turning ideas into concrete solutions.
